Cindy coat get her canoe-kayak diploma

Club Valley Dropt warmly congratulate Cindy Coat who got the DEJEPS Canoeing equivalent of french bac + 2. It directly integrates the list of a few people in Aquitaine who hold this degree, fewer than a dozen, since the state certificate, now reformed, was her Bac pro. Cindy will therefore be able to become a professional teaching, training and coaching in the sport, but also back to school or take examinations with this new degree.

Born in Perigord, Dropt is a river of Aquitaine, which flows into the river Garonne. In the heart of Guyenne near Eymet, the country Bastides, it is for escape and walks in nature. Between La Sauvetat du Dropt Allemans du dropt, the Canoe-Kayak Club welcomes you all year for walks independently or accompanied by qualified professionals.

Le club s’est déplacé ce week end à Pau pour les championnats d’Aquitaine de kayak Slalom. Entre bénévoles et athlètes, c’est près de 20 membres du club qui ont fait le déplacement sur les deux jours de compétition.

Le niveau du Gave de Pau, la rivière béarnaise, était gorgé par un début de fonte de neige. Il n’a pas rendu la tâche facile pour nos compétiteurs, qui se sont fait parfois chahutés par les mouvements d’eau.

Belle performance toutefois pour Marianne Van Maanen en poussin Dame et Cindy Coat en Cadette dame qui deviennent toutes deux Championnes d’Aquitaine. Pour Cindy il s’agit du 4ème titre Aquitain de la saison dans trois disciplines différentes : slalom, descente et Course en Ligne… Sans oublier le titre de Vice champion d’Aquitaine pour Tom Auffret chez les poussin Homme, Bravo !!!
